How Integrations Work
Data Sync
When you connect an integration, MarketSage automatically syncs relevant data:
- Contacts - Customer information from your connected services
- Events - Purchase, subscription, and activity data
- Segments - Dynamic segments based on synced data
Triggers & Automation
Use data from integrations to trigger automated campaigns:
- Send a welcome email when a new customer makes their first purchase
- Trigger an SMS when a subscription is about to expire
- Start a win-back sequence after 30 days of inactivity
Custom Integrations
Need to connect a service we don't support yet? Use our API and webhooks to build custom integrations, or contact us to request a new integration.
Setting Up an Integration
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Find the service you want to connect
- Click Connect and follow the authorization flow
- Configure sync settings and field mappings
- Test the connection and start syncing
Managing Integrations
View and manage all your connected integrations from the Settings page. You can:
- View sync status and last sync time
- Manually trigger a sync
- Update field mappings
- Disconnect an integration
- View sync logs and errors
