Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
MarketSage provides a Data Processing Agreement that covers our processing of personal data on your behalf. The DPA is included in our Terms of Service.
Sub-Processors
MarketSage uses the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

Data Retention
- Active account data: Retained while account is active
- Campaign analytics: 2 years
- Visitor tracking data: 90 days
- Deleted account data: Removed within 30 days
Data Location
Primary data storage is in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1). Data may be processed in other regions for performance optimization.
