Creating an Email Campaign
Step 1: Choose Your Campaign Type
Navigate to Campaigns → Create New and select one of the following:
- Regular Campaign - One-time email to your audience
- A/B Test - Test variations to optimize performance
- Automated - Triggered by customer actions
Step 2: Select Your Audience
Choose who receives your email:
- All subscribers
- A specific segment
- A custom list you upload

Step 3: Design Your Email
Use our drag-and-drop editor to build your email. Add images, buttons, text blocks, and more. All templates are mobile-responsive by default.

Required Elements
All marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link and your physical address to comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Step 4: Personalize Content
Use merge tags to personalize your emails:

Choose when to send your campaign:
- Send Now - Deliver immediately
- Schedule - Pick a specific date and time

Best Practices
Subject Lines
- Keep it under 50 characters

- Test different days and times
